Payment orchestration

Payment orchestration for Shopify and WooCommerce.

Temble sits between your store and your payment provider. It routes each order across your own connected payment accounts on rules you define, serves checkout from your own domain, and reconciles every channel in one dashboard.

Built on your connected payment accounts β€” funds settle directly to your own accounts, never to Temble.

How it works

Live in three steps.

No replatforming and no code changes to your theme. Temble takes over at the payment step and hands the order back to your store.

  1. Connect your store

Install the Shopify app or the WooCommerce plugin, or point a custom storefront at the checkout API.

  2. Connect your payment accounts

Every account you own becomes a routing destination through your connected payment accounts. Onboarding runs inside Temble.

  3. Set your rules

Split traffic by percentage, cap daily volume per account, pin a funnel to one setup. Declined routes fall back to your primary.

Capabilities

Four things Temble does well.

Routing rules

Split traffic across your connected payment accounts by percentage, cap daily volume per account, or pin a funnel to a specific setup. When a route declines, the sale retries on your primary automatically.

Checkout on your domain

The hosted checkout is served from your own subdomain, with a published design per sales channel. Customers never leave your brand to pay.

One ledger for every channel

Shopify, WooCommerce and API orders land in a single feed. Each payment carries its channel, country, method and payout detail.

Your funds never stop here

Charges are created through your payment provider with destination transfers to your account. Temble takes a per-transaction fee and never holds your money.

The dashboard

Every payment, one view.

Revenue, orders, methods and countries across all your channels β€” each sale attributed to the store it came from.

Security

Where your money actually goes.

No custody, no card data, no surprises β€” the parts of Temble's design you can verify yourself.

Card data stays with your payment provider

Payment fields are rendered and processed by your payment provider's PCI DSS Level 1 infrastructure. Card numbers never touch Temble or your servers.

Funds settle to you

Every charge is a destination charge processed by your payment provider: money moves to your own balance and your bank. Temble is never in the flow of funds.

Signed, expiring requests

Store-to-Temble calls are HMAC-signed and expire after five minutes. Dashboard sessions are scoped to your organization.

FAQ

Payment orchestration, explained.

How Temble routes payments, what you see in the dashboard, and where your money actually goes.

What is payment orchestration?
Payment orchestration is a layer that sits between your store and your payment providers. Instead of hard-wiring checkout to a single processor, Temble routes each payment across your connected payment setups based on rules you control, and gives you one dashboard for transactions, reporting and analytics across all of them.
Does Temble hold or custody my funds?
No. Temble never holds, custodies or pools merchant funds. Payments are processed through your connected payment accounts and settle directly into your own account. Temble's fee is collected as a platform application fee on each transaction β€” your revenue never passes through a Temble bank account.
How does payment routing work?
You define Routing Rules in the dashboard: split traffic across your connected payment setups by percentage, set daily caps per setup, or pin a specific funnel to a specific setup. If a routed setup refuses a charge, Temble automatically falls back to your primary setup so the sale isn't lost.
Which platforms does Temble connect to?
Temble integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce through native plugins, and with custom or headless storefronts through the checkout API. The same routing rules, checkout design and reporting apply across every channel.
What reporting and analytics do I get?
The merchant dashboard shows revenue, orders, top countries and payment-method breakdowns at a glance, plus a full transaction list with the sales channel (Shopify, WooCommerce or custom) attributed to every payment.
